Valuable Items
Please keep all valuable/personal belongings in a safe place before the cleaning work begins. The cleaning team will not be responsible for valuable items left unattended.
Other Workers
Once the deep-cleaning team arrives and starts the work, no other outside workers should be working inside the house simultaneously.
Final Inspection
Before leaving the site, the workers will check and confirm that all agreed work has been completed. The customer must inspect the work and confirm the same to the supervisor before the workers leave.
Complaints / Issues
Any complaint or issue related to the completed work must be reported within 24 hours from the completion time. Complaints reported after this period will not be considered.
Electricity & Water
The customer must ensure that electricity and sufficient water supply are available and ready at the site before the team arrives.
Cancellation After Team Arrival
If the customer cancels the work after the cleaning team has arrived at the site, including cancellation due to the presence of other workers or any other customer-related reason, 50% of the agreed service amount will be payable as a cancellation charge.
Important
By allowing the team to commence the work, the customer is considered to have accepted the above terms and conditions.
