What to prepare, and what to expect
Before we arrive
- Keep valuables and personal belongings in a safe place. Our team is not responsible for items left in the work area.
- For bedroom and cupboard interior cleaning, please remove clothes, valuables and personal belongings first.
- Give clear access to every area included in your service.
- Keep water and electricity available and ready.
- Tell us in advance about delicate surfaces, recently painted areas, water leaks, electrical issues or restricted areas.
- Make sure there is parking or unloading space for the team and equipment.
While we work
- Once our team arrives, please don’t have other workers working inside the house at the same time.
- Window and glass cleaning is done only in safe, accessible areas.
- Please keep children and pets away from the work area.
- Timings can change because of weather, site conditions or safety concerns.
- Work outside your selected service is charged separately, as per the price list — we confirm it with you first.
When we finish
- You (or someone you authorise) inspect the completed work before the team leaves.
- Confirm to our supervisor that the work is complete and satisfactory.
- Report any complaint within 24 hours of completion — complaints after that can’t be considered.
- If the work is cancelled after our team reaches the site (for example because other workers are present), 50% of the service amount is payable.

Frequently asked questions
How soon can you come?
Message us with your location and requirement and we’ll offer the next available slot between 8 AM and 8 PM.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
You need to give access, and you or someone you authorise must inspect and confirm the work before the team leaves. For cupboard interior cleaning, you must be present.
What happens if I’m not satisfied?
Point it out during the final walkthrough so the team can fix it there and then. After the team leaves, report any issue within 24 hours of completion.
